dbNSFP and its related web service are developed by Genos Bioinformatics LLC, a company founded in 2024 in Texas, USA, by two experienced computational genomic scientists, including the founder of the dbNSFP project: Dr. Xiaoming Liu (USF, Liu lab and Google Scholar), and Jin Yu (Google Scholar and LinkedIn).

Our mission is to build long-term sustainable and user-friendly data infrastructure for clinical genomics and genetics research communities.
